Ryan Richardson was born and raised in the Nashville area and proudly serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance before obtaining his Certified Real Estate Appraiser license and beginning his career alongside his father in the appraisal industry.

In 2024, Ryan launched his own appraisal business and earned his Tennessee Affiliate Broker license, allowing him to combine his expertise in property valuation with his passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

As both a licensed real estate professional and certified appraiser, Ryan offers clients a unique advantage. His background in market analysis, property valuation, and real estate contracts helps buyers, sellers, and property owners make informed decisions with confidence.
